DO NOT USE THIS MAN. He replaced our neighbours guttering for an extortionate fee, disconnected her downpipe and laid the guttering totally wonky resulting in serious overflow where our guttering meets. This caused an extreme leak in our home, requiring us to replace our carpet, blinds, mattress window & re plaster due to the damp is has caused in our home. Both myself and my neighbour have called over 15 times however cannot get in contact with this cowboy builder to fix his bodge job. He is a total con.

Called Ray when I saw water running down bedroom wall at 5pm, he came out next morning 08.30, gave me a very reasonable quote to repair chimney and tiles and also completely clear the gutters both sides of the house which had moss and grass growing all along both. He then came out 2 days later as weather too windy for roofing which meant he did the work on a Bank Holiday Monday. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional chap. County Court Judgment awarded. Beware guarantee is meaningless. Initially left a good review in 2019. Sadly by 2022 the lower level roof started leaking badly in places. Raymond came out to take a look as still under his 10 year guarantee. Following several promises to visit and undertake the work sadly we had to take Raymond to court. Prior to this we texted, phoned, emailed and sent a letter to his home address. The letter before action was also emailed to him and sent to his home address. No answer. Ray has botched our roof so badly. he refuses to take my calls, the roof leaks in several places and the skylights won't open. Rain pours in through 3 of them and Ray is refusing to fix his mess. He refused to put the correct noggins into the side of the building which led to the guttering company not being able to install the gutters and case major damage to the wall from water running down.
