Before i start this review I would like to just say I couldn’t even get into my appointment. I did a last minute booking of 5:30 today and when i arrived the door was locked, no one was inside but all of the lights and tv were on. If you’re going to advertise your shop as being open until 7 pm you should have the decency to actually stay open through the day. Maybe a sign could’ve been put up stating that the shop was closed but instead let your customers book online who are then led to believe that you’re going to be of ass... read more

I would put zero stars if I could. Horrible experience, she took off 60% of my eyebrows im still in shock on how bad it looks. When I told her, her reply was I can tint them for you. I mean come on you obviously don’t know how to thread just don’t do it anymore. I was nice enough and paid, just got home and think it’s not normal. I just called you and you said sorry you can come again and we will tint them like are you serious?? I’ll be back tomorrow to get my 10£ back and will make sure you never see me or my local entourag... read more
I went there for first time and asked to do my eyebrows, the lady didn’t ask me whether i want it done with wax or thread or how i want it thick or thin, i told her how to do it but still she ruined it seems like she was new to it she was so close on my face that her breath was stinking. They didn’t even apologize. My experience was not good.
Rakshna is the most beautiful person inside and out I have ever met in London and this place wouldn't be as wonderful as it is because of her. Very kind, polite, friendly always smiling and making me beautiful and healthier. Her body massage skills are extraordinary and approach with eyebrows always keep me coming back to her again and again. Thank you for being you💗🌿 Highly recommend Rakshna👏 Nurse Agnes 🙏
