We had seen some of Gemma’s design work at a friends house through KPS a while back, so when it was time to refresh our bathrooms we knew who to contact. Gemma came out to measure up and her quotes and designs were emailed through. Gemma did an amazing job of making a awkwardly-shaped bathroom with limited options look absolutely amazing! She was a real natural at knowing what we would like and clearly has a brilliant artistic flair (also her office is beautiful). We got to work with Eddie who was fantastic all the way through and everything has been done to an impeccable standard we are beyond thrilled🥰 We would recommend them both to anyone and absolute delight to work with :)

I can't recommend Bella by Design Ltd highly enough if you are looking for a complete bathroom redesign and overhaul. Gemma is really passionate about what she does, and she really understands her customer. Gemma worked with us in the lead up to the refit and generated mock up designs based on the bathroom specs and our needs. I would recommend Gemma to anyone planning a new bathroom. The design process was made so easy, selecting from a wide (but not overwhelming!) range with just one appointment at her studio. Communication was great throughout the whole process and Gemma went above and beyond. Our bathroom now looks wonderful!

After hearing countless horror stories about projects gone wrong and unreliable tradespeople abandoning jobs midway, we were incredibly nervous about starting our bathroom renovation.
