The moving crew was rude and careless. They argued among themselves, showed no respect for my property, and didn’t follow basic instructions.
When I retrieved my stored items, many were dusty, damp, and had a musty odor. It was obvious the storage facility wasn’t properly maintained or climate-controlled.
They promised delivery within two days, but my belongings arrived almost a week later. I had to constantly call for updates, and they kept giving vague excuses.
The final bill was much higher than the original quote. They added surprise fees for stairs, wrapping materials, and “extra labor” without explaining beforehand.
Many of my items arrived scratched, broken, or dented. It was clear the movers didn’t handle my furniture with care, and some boxes looked like they’d been thrown around.
