Placed an order on Belk.com on Saturday 05/16/20; the order total was $307.91 before gift cards. I proceeded to use 2- $100.00 gift cards bringing my total to $107.91. I then checked out using PayPal, as this was still an option for payment. When I received my receipt I noticed it had not taken my gift cards and charged me $307.91. I promptly called customer service to resolve the issue and/or cancel my order and waited over 20 minutes to speak with someone. I agree with a previous comment below that mention s that a sale price is advertised, but when you go to order it, their system is conveniently down. When I went to order it within the timeframe of the sale, the price has gone up. I called their customer service hotline, and although the rep was nice, she had no authority to make a price adjustment. She suggested that I lodge a complaint using their online form. They print shipping labels to take money out of your account, but never ship out anything. Customer service will hang up the phone, emails are not returned, so you have to resort to using ******** to message them. After waiting 2 days, all they tell you is that your shipment has to wait 2 weeks to "see if it will ship" before they will look into anything. Even though they've already taken your money. They blame it in carrier delays, yet there's no mention of shipment delays on their we see, and they even give you an expected... read more

I placed an order and have been tracking it and it's been stuck at one post office for three weeks now. I understand that offices are closed and that's why I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone, but I also sent an email in which I got a reply stating that I would not get a response. I paid for an order a month ago that I have still yet to receive. Also, I placed an order two days after that with Belks and received it within a week, but my first order is still missing and no one will help me!

Ordered some shoes and five days later get an email it was cancelled since it is no longer in stock. I could have got other shoes on sale from other companies had they not sold me something that was supposed to be in stock. Continuously checking my account to make sure they ain't taking my money. God knows what else isn't getting shipped and cancelled. Big disappointment. One of my orders still had security tag on and I emailed. Never got response. Finally took it off myself since nothing is open now. Doubt they get anymore ... read more

On April 20 I placed an order. The next day, I realized the shipping address was wrong. I'd accidentally shipped the order to my sister in ******** because I send her things from Belk occasionally. So, I called the next day and they said there was nothing they could do after 15 minutes...Can't change the address or cancel the order. So, it was going to the wrong place. I ordered lamps from ****.com on 1/26/2020. When they arrived they were smaller than expected. Went back to their website to get a return label. First I couldn't sign on because they said my email was not in their system. This is the same email that they already sent confirmations to. I clicked the link to customer service only to have it returned because the link doesn't exist. Oh and if I do get access to a return lable they will not pay shipping costs unless they shipped the wrong item or it was broken in transit. Definit... read more

If there was a NO STAR that is what I would leave. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, they kept changing delivery dates, finally arrived today and there were only 2 pairs. I wear a size 8 in everything, but one pair says 8 is so big I can't walk in them. I called and they said that isn't a good reason I have to pay return shipping. Also, the 3rd pair that never showed up is out of stock, so they canceled those without telling me. I do not understand why this company has an A+ with the BBB. I have ordered three times from them and two times the order was either incomplete or the cosmetic product was defective. I did call them about both issues and both times they said it is what it is! I had enough clinique items that all 10 free gifts and bag were "supposed" to be included.
