Wish I could rate them -10. Received a blouse for Christmas and it was the wrong size. Attempted to exchange for 1 size larger and was refused because we didnt have receipt. Saleslady implied the blouse could be stolen and offered 15 cents credit for a $30 blouse. Worst customer service ever experienced. Have already shreaded our Belk cards.

Did not send all items but charged credit card with all (2nd order), charged sales prices AND regular prices for order. I had called to inquire about order which was at sale prices, they sent me duplicates of every item in the order at regular prices -charged me for both. I returned one order using mailing label Belk mailed to me. They Refused to remove charge for either saying no return on clothing due to Covid...(first order) for

I have been a Belk credit card holder for 5 years and after today I will never shop with them again. They have a order cancellation window of 15 minutes but it is impossible to make that happen. I waited on hold for 40 minutes only to get hung up on (online chat was unavailable at the time). After a little while, online chat was available again and I waited yet again only to be told there was nothing they could do because it was past the 15 minute time frame. BELK has been and is CURRENTLY advertising a 25% discount for active military, veterans, teachers & seniors. I contacted BELK by chat and was told that they are no longer offering this discount and could only offer an apology for the advertisement on their site.

I order some items that had a promotional offer (gifts from Lancome). They had a promotion from Lancome. When I received my items the promotional items were not incuded. I had order from them specifically becuased i wanted the promotion with Lancome products. did incude the promotional items. Bought some shoes on 8/28/20. When I went to put them on, on 8/30/20, I found that the sales associate had put a DIFFERENT pair of shoes in my bag. Not mine. I live 45 minutes away so, I attempted to call the store. For FOUR hours, I called. No answer. I dialed the extention for multiple departments, and the store manager. DO NOT BUY FROM BELK!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I DON'T LIVE NEAR A STORE, SO I PURCHASED ONLINE AND WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM. I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 8/1 FOR RETURN POSTAGE. Belk customer service returns policies are not clearly stated when you purchase an item in store. The policy is not posted at all registers nor is it expressed to you at the time of purchase. During covid 19 they have temporarily changed their policy but do not tell you and it is posted on a 4 x 6 inch sign at the return register. And returns are only accepted at one register Needless to say I could not make an exchange for items that actually cost more. Their answer at the store was sorry nothing we can do. I ordered a pair of shoes online. They had a defect and had to return them. There was no return label, was on hold for hours and gave up. Their website said they would refund the shipping if you had to return them with your own label so I did so. They refunded the cost of the shoes but not the shipping. When I contacted customer service they were rude and told me I needed to email to get a refund. I did so and finally heard from them and they told me unfortunately they could not refund to ******.
