Got an electric scooter from them. I exchanged it because it did not go nearly as fast or as far as advertised. The new one I got still sucks. Does not go anywhere near 6.2 miles distance and does not go anywhere near 14 mph. I'm glad I got the scooter it was only 163 bucks but it is definitely not what was advertised.

On May 5th I ordered online a Mother's Day (perfume). I have not received the item as of May 11th. I have email Belk and called it's customer service. The only response is I was told that I must allow up to 15 days for delivery. Remember this was suppose to be a Mother's Day gift. This truly nerve wrecking and something needs to be done about Belk's online ordering

Sick of poor packing and cancellations. I bought a Brahmin bag and it arrived in a sack without the shoulder strap! I asked for a refund and after one hour of chat I finally spoke to a CSR. I bought the bag in Sapphire and although it said that they had 3 left I was supposed to have a tracking number! Every time I buy a product and it takes days to process I NEVER get my order and my order is cancelled ð??¡ I am sick and tired of buying a product and I get a cancellation! I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER INSTORE WITH BELKS ON SATURDAY AND TODAY WHICH IS TUESDAY I LOOKED AT MY BANK STATEMENT AND THEY HAVE CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THE SAME ORDER. I CALLED BELK CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THIS IS NORMAL UNTIL THE ITEM IS SHIPPED! THIS IS RIDICULOUS, I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANY STORE CHARGING YOUR BANK CARD TWICE FOR AN ORDER. I WILL NEVER PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS STORE!!!! PEOPLE BEWARE OF BELKS ONLINE AND INSTORE ORDERING !!! DON'T DO IT!!!!

Belks at Southpark messed up my in store order today by ordering the wrong sizes of jeans. I told the salesperson 3 times the size i needed. The store would not correct order nor cancel my order. Now I have to wait for the order to come to my house, then drive back to the store to return where I was told I will not get my full refund. Bad and poor customer service. I have been shopping at Belks my life.However this situation here makes me not to shop at Belks anymore.

I made a single purchase from Belk. Since then I have been flooded with their junk emails. I have tried multiple times to unsubscribe. These many efforts included: on line, chat and in person phone calls. Even opened up Belk case number XXXXXXX. Each time the representative assures me that the emails would stop within 72 hours. No way! The junk just keeps coming. First time I have ever encountered a company that would not let you unsubscribe from the junk ads. When asked WHY do they continue to keep their dressing rooms closed, I got this response; "We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our dressing rooms are not open at the moment. Our goal is to provide the best shopping experience possible while keeping our customers and associates safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. We're closely following the evolving CDC, state and local guidelines, and continuously adjusting our operations accordingly." I visited a Belk's Department Store in Carrollton, Georgia this past weekend and was concerned with the treatment of a guest; who is purchasing items. I was told to go to the Woman's Dept. when I was in next in line, so I asked the lady behind the counter about 6 pm at the cosmetics counter why do I have to get out of line and go to another area. She just walked off very disrespectful.
