I spent 3 days in the Dwyer Suite a couple years ago... Also we've ate holiday meals there in the past... I loved it!
Belhurst Castle is not only amazing castle from its woodwork to the faces staring out onto the lakes, it's wines are worth experiencing! !
Went for our anniversary and weren't impressed then left immediately after finding 2 dirty needles in our bathroom. Worst of all the staff treated it like this was a normal complaint that they deal with. Never again will we be back.
41 of us were on a 3 day wine bus tour. We had great expectations of coming here. We were severely disappointed!! Our meal was good, but the wine tasting experience was pathetic. 41 of us crowded around a table that we had to stand 3 deep. We were only offered sweet and semi sweet wines ( they were the worst we had our whole trip!)when we inquired about some dry wines we were directed to a nearby counter and advised we had to pay 50 cents each to try them. As a native of the Finger Lakes area I like to take out of town friends to Belhurst Castle for a meal. After last Sunday's breakfast I will not be doing that any longer. The Eggs Benedict was so poorly done I was embarrassed to have brought my friend there. The poached egg was closing in on hard boiled and the English muffin was obviously the cheap off brand Walmart sells in their refrigerated section. It was not even toasted enough. You guys are amazing! I can't thank you enough for your patience and understanding. I purchased a gift certificate yesterday and was unable to pick it up. You were all kind enough to hold on to it until the recipients arrive for dinner this evening. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it.
We were a party of 15 and ate at the Edgar Restaurant at the Belhurst Castle, the service was off the hook and the food was amazing. Thank you to Kelly Towers for setting us all up and to Gary our server for being so attentive. I highly recommend visiting the Castle and dinning there for a full experience.
Was here for a wedding very beautiful and all of the staff were amazing too!
