Hawaiian Cuban with a Guinness for lunch was outstanding as well as the service.
We stayed 10/27/16 to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. Booked the Otis Room in the Castle and had both dinner and breakfast in Edgar's. Room was clean and nice for an old castle and food was incredible at Edgar's! Couple minor issues, but not worth complaining about....rated 9/10. Staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating, could not have asked for better!
This place is absolutely beautiful. I was amazed by the detail of the woodwork throughout. The staff were nice and the other guests were pleasant too. The food was incredible, the dessert was decadent...wonderful! We would go again!
Have loved and referred this place to others forever. Never again!!

We had a fabulous experience at Edgar's. We've eaten here before and have previously enjoyed our experiences so I had high expectations and was, once again, not disappointed. The wonderful experience started with the maitre'd who brought us to our table--so very fun and friendly. Our waitress was also exceptionally fun and very attentive giving us great suggestions. The food was, of course, fabulous and we had dessert as well. Will certainly head back there for a future occasion. Top notch.
My daughter's wedding reception was held in the castle ballroom this weekend. I cannot tell you how amazing the staff was but in particular Carmen. The food was exceptional and everyone in attendance raved about it all. Thank you Belhurst for such spectacular service!!!
Stayed a night in the Billiard Room on the 3rd floor of the castle. Very comfortable with a balcony & view of the lake! Staff at front desk check in, wine tasting staff, Eunice, & dining room hostess & our waitress, Cecelia, we're exceptional & friendly! !! Great place to spend our 43rd anniversary!
