Walked in to have a wine tasting. Waited for awhile for a staff member to serve, but received nothing. Taking the Christmas tree down was more important. Walked out.
Just beautiful! My husband and I enjoyed the night as a little getaway. The room was very cozy and spacious, great views of the lake. Staff was personable and friendly. Best part was the winery, restaurants and the spa so convenient. I highly recommend the spa services. Left there feeling relaxed. We will definitely visit here again.
Had a wonderful new year's eve at the castle. Stayed in the Castle and it was lovely with a view of the lake and fireplace and with the wine spicket we had a very enjoyable time. We booked it a year in advance but well worth it!!
I visited in September with a friend for a wine tasting. Beautiful aesthetics; the Castle itself has stunning natural wood all throughout and untouched by modern additions to the rooms. There was dining with the food looking amazing! They make a very delicious Ice Wine that tastes like strawberry jam. Belhurst was at the beginning of our experience and it was A+! This is one stop you don't want to miss!!
Was a lot better until new management took over. Used to stay at the manor at least twice a year...not anymore.
Went there yesterday for Thanksgiving Dinner and what a fun experience. Candice has excellent customer service skills and if Marco is responsible for making there orange cake, well it's THE BEST I've ever had before. We drove by again today from Corning on our way to the outlet stores to have another slice. Yes it is that good!!!
Upscale, excellent food, huge wine selection, professional staff
Very disappointed that we went to thanksgiving dinner and they charged an administration fee to our dinner of $3.75. Now, am I upset about $3.75 no I am upset because I feel like I have been deceived. Great venue pricy but worth it. What pushed me to say just ok, is why can't you let the consumer know.
