My son was married at Belhurst Castle 1-1-11. Gorgeous place
My family and I had the Christmas Dinner last week. They were more than accommodating when I had to add my daughter as a third person just a few days before Christmas. The food was wonderful. We will be returning again in the future. Lisa was our server and she was awesome.
We got married here and everything was absolutely fantastic! Many of my guests told me this was the best wedding venue they have ever seen. I highly recommend for everything from wedding to dining to wine tasting!
We have gone here for several years..We have spent thousands. This year we spent 500.00 on two rooms in the WhiteSprings Mannor. We were very dissapointed that there was noone to bring us towels or robes. We needed to drive over and get them...LIKE REALLY? Once I exspressed my concern to the manger he did nothing to keep my business. So sad.....
Wonderful for weekend getaways when you can get out from under the snow.
Food is amazing! Beautiful Setting! Great staff. The only concern I had at the wedding I went to was that it didn't seem like there was a backup plan for rainy weather when the event was outside...
Are the rooms in need of an update...yes...are they outdated sure....even still I highly highly recommend staying at the Belhurst.... The experience is one of a kind.. The architecture. Grounds. Staff and food makes up for out of date decor in the rooms. The wine is good. The views are unbeatable and the history is really interesting. Please ignore peoples reviews that slam the rooms and take it for what it is a cool castle from the 1800's that is a memorable stay in a beautiful area.... I've stayed there twice. We had a great stay! My boys loved the room and enjoyed the tub! We got to see a beautiful sunrise and hope to come back and watch it rise again!
