You save to stay at a place like this and when you get there.....wow disappointing! Staff at from desk were not very personable. Not a very clean place. We were to stay in the castle, but the room was so dirty and full of fruit flies we had to be moved to another building affiliated with Belhurst 2 miles down the road. This was better, but not what we originally wanted. THE SPA was AWESOME! The whole staff was wonderful, clean and a great bunch of people! They should be running the Belhurst Castle.
