I had to terminate my tenancy early however, i was charged checkout fees which are apparently illegal without negotiation.
Zero stars. Since being taken over by 8AM we have had nothing but issues with these guys. They're non-responsive or slow and reactive. Not good enough, we will be terminating our contract.

Appalling service, they treat flat owners like dirt,extremely difficult to get hold of, unhelpful, and rude!
I would like to appreciate Angela Cross for her professionalism in resolving a pending issue by strongly following up with a supplier until it was resolved. Thumbs up !
