Extremely Disappointing and Harmful Experience I had a horrific experience with Matt during a neck and back sports massage. The treatment left me in severe pain for five days, to the point where I couldn’t even turn my head. I called Matt for advice, and his response was not only unhelpful but shockingly unprofessional – he told me that “women can’t take sports massages as well as men.” He gave me no medical guidance to help with the pain and swelling, no apology, and no refund. Just seen Matt at Belgrave physio for an urgent physio examination and treatment. This is due to my body being out of sync following a back injury lifting some goal posts. I've got a marathon on Sunday which I'm walking due to another injury - Achilles tendon tear. Anyway due to the back injury I thought I wouldn't be able to walk for Solo Parents United Northwest Official Facebook group non profit organisation. However thanks to the professional physiotherapy from Matt I believe I can do it again now. I've seen Matt before ... read more
