Engineer was pleasant and attended also have call recording of him saying damage wasn’t caused by seal however has lied and sided with insurance, untrustworthy

Two stars as the staff who attended my flood damaged property were lovely, but unfortunatley the staff were very badly managed and guided. My home flooded with sewage last year, Belfor were advertised as being an emergency response company, they did indeed call me back within the hour, but did not plan to attend my flat for another week following the incident. I ended up having a bit of a mini break down with my insuracne company and another company attended instead. The staff who attended were really lovely as I said.

Never met such a bad run company. It is run by an expert DIY guy that says he’s an electrician, laughable really. Would avoid at all costs if possible.

My insurance company admiral instructed them to come in and assess water damage from a leak. They took a sample for asbestos . They then lost it but never contacted me. I had to do all the chasing. They repeated the sample but we are nearly a month down the line and for some reason can’t supply my insurance company a final report. The communication is so poor and I’m always told they will chase it or someone will call me. They never do. I would avoid this company as my experience has been so negative
