Faced everything from multiple fire hazards (allowing mouldy walls leak into active electrical lines - which caused electric shortage they didn't fix for over a week). Great agency for first time renters, staff were really helpful in getting our first flat and the process was very easy. Paul especially very helpful with all queries and full deposit was returned.
Jennifer in particular was a fantastic help whenever I contacted her in the future having rented a room in 2018-2019 for term time. For this, I can say from my own experience that BCSA have been nothing short of the best letting agency in Belfast.
