I've had 3 great experiences with their jewelry repair services. I have a ring that was too large, but no other jeweler we spoke to was willing to work on it because it was sterling silver and had a pattern which would be interrupted if it was resized. The jeweler here explained that there would be a seam, but did a good job smoothing it out to be nearly invisible. He also made several adjustments to make sure the ring fit just right. Recently had a watch repaired, can't say I was impressed by the attention to detail or communication. They left my watch dial crooked with dust inside of it.
