Had a scan at before the stork when I want 7 weeks it was amazing experience and the ultra sound tech was brilliant… I then went for a 3D/4D gender scan yesterday and didn’t even receive a 3D/4D gender scan as it states on the website this is included. The ultra sound tech was a different lady and didn’t speak, didn’t make me feel welcome at all. Had my gender scan today and Lisa was amazing and went above and beyond for us she was so patient as baby was being a pain and wouldn’t move would highly recommend and will be back for a 4D scan soon, thank you x
Had a lovely scan here 2 years ago but my experience this time around was different, not in a good way. The scan was ok and the lady scanning me got some nice images. However, the experience of the scan itself was very different, the sonographer didn’t seem to want to talk much through the scan even when I spoke to her about the scan she didn’t respond. I had such a lovely experience at Before the Stork. I’d like to say a big thank you to Denise on reception for being so friendly and welcoming, and to Lisa who carried out my scan. She really took her time with us and made us feel completely comfortable throughout. It was honestly the nicest scan I’ve had during my pregnancy – such a special experience. Highly recommend!
