Terrible organisation! Cancelled our appointment which was made weeks back without proper notice to rebook with any other company! The owner whom I personally spoke to is rude, instead of apologising rudely just says what can I do?? Not even sure now if they have proper licenses and professional people to conduct these procedures!! Went for a viability scan around September time in 2016 and it was really good, the lady on reception was really lovely and the lady doing our scan took her time and had a laugh and joke with us. We were made to feel valued and calm and like this was an ‘experience’. We went back again for one of the later scans this year, probably around March time and it was completely different. This place is just OK. Had a viability scan in July 2017. When we arrived there was quite a queue so we had to wait for about 30mins before being seen. Then we were in the room for about 6 or 7 minutes! The sonographer didn't have much charm, and was clearly in a rush. On the plus side, the clinic is clean and quite welcoming in terms of decor.
