Steve came out within 24 hours of being alerted to the fact we had no heating. He took time to listen to what issues we had had and then meticulously took the boiler apart, explaining what he had found as he went along. Pleasant and friendly, he also carried out a boiler service there and then and obtained a new part all within the space of a day. By 4pm that very same day, the heating was working again. Excellent service, thank you.

We had no heating in the morning I called Steve and he was able to come round late afternoon to sort out the problem he was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. Very happy with the service provided and very competitive prices. Will definitely use again when the boiler needs servicing and any other jobs that come up

Steve came out on a Sunday having rung only the day before to fix our boiler which suddenly stopped working. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Generous with his time and tips. Sorted a few radiators not working as well. Highly recommend and we will use him for all future needs.
