Needs to stop using the dated system of calling at 8am. Online consult is the way forward. Can’t even use online system for a routine appointment unlike other GP surgeries. Ridiculous.
There are always such mixed reviews for GP surgeries as people rarely take the time to share a good experience. My family have been patients here for 6 years. I have rarely seen the same Dr or Nurse twice but every single one has been excellent and I've always felt listened to. Thank you for your hard work.

It took me 10 days with tonsillitis, high temperature and excessive discomfort when eating/drinking to see a GP. I have been referred to a pharmacy x2 times in this period, at which point even the chemist was wondering why I had been referred to them rather than seeing a GP.
