My mom’s new rav4 is not child safe. My daughters infant seat will not stay tight. I tighten it everyday and by morning it is extremely loose again. Toyota decided against safety rings in the center and if she knew this, she wouldn’t have purchased this car. I had a certified car seat installer look at it, and it was in correctly. trying to get recall work done,worst service dept in the world, never answers phone, never call back after saying they would. sales is pushy as well
Worst Toyota dealer ever. Stopped in to buy some of that special red Toyota coolant and was refused service. They said they were closing up the parts department. Unbelievable, what a great community service you provide. take your business somewhere else people. Toyota's are awesome, I've owned 6 Tacoma's and plan on buying more, just not from these people
