Really sucks when you special order a part to repair a car you have torn down. Then to only find out parts “closed” at 5:00pm when I arrive to get my part. Numerous informational sites have different closing times. Your Facebook page 6:00, Google search 6:00. Then shocked that a person at the counter couldn’t help me, we all know the part is on a shelf. Guess that doesn’t matter if customer service isn’t high on the priority list.

If you purchase a Toyota at Beechmont Toyota, you’ll have trouble getting your car serviced. I just called to get my Sequoia in for its 60,000 mile service, and was told they can’t get my car in for service until October!! That doesn’t work so well when you’re trying to keep up with your recommended service schedule. I will make sure this get forwarded onto Toyota headquarters as well.

Of all of the dealerships my wife and I have been to, Beechmont Toyota is by far the most inviting. Dave was amazing! He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of both the car and the financial side of things. At the other dealerships, we basically just drove the car and were asked if we liked it. Dave went over every detail and feature of the RAV4 Hybrid. Thanks for an amazing car buying experience! $ave with Dave!!!

My message is for those who say they are happy with TOYOTA service, go online and look at your monthly bills since day 1 and click on + sign and see how much interest rate they charge you every month, i'm pretty sure you will change your mind. this Organization is a complete ripoff, I was told i would be charged a fixed rate of 4.1% every month, now as i'm looking that i'm looking at my monthly bill, i go from 4.1% to 20% and more. HOW DARE YOU, I WILL NOT LET THIS GO LIKE THIS I PROMISE. YOU BETTER CALL ME ASAP. 5133355266.
