AWESOME Customer Service!! Helpful every step of the way. LOVE my new Toyota Corolla
We bought a Rav4 here in Dec. of 2019. I found there is a technical service bulletin on the transmission causing premature failure of the transmission. I contacted Kathy in the service dept. and asked her if I could bring the car in to have a program update. After being on the phone with her for a half hour,she refused to do the update! I was willing to pay out of my pocket to do the repair but she still refused my request. I am very frustrated at her response and asked for the service manager and then she hung up on me!!! Absolutely awful. Told 2k over kbb and they match prices of other dealerships all through email before I ever went. 45 minute drive there and they dont honor either of those things. Was offered 2k UNDER the value of my car and they would no longer match the price of the car I sent them a screen print of from another dealer. Complete waste of time!!
RecommendedBought a 2017 Chevrolet Truck just yesterday 1/25/20. On a very busy Saturday for typical big city car dealerships, we showed up around 12 noon and we’re out the door headed back home in 2.5 hours. I highly recommend this dealership. Professional, knowledgeable staff who will try to find a middle ground to get you into the vehicle you want. I couldn’t be happier with my new Tundra Pro! I’ve bought and traded several Toyota’s over the years with salesman Andy Wiesman, and I have always left a very satisfied customer. I’ve never had a negative experience with the service department either. Grade A vehicles and a Grade A dealership. My family and I will continue to give our business to Beechmont Toyota.
Matt sold me a 2019 fully loaded Corolla Hatchback and he was awesome! Beechmont Toyota made the buying process so simple. Once I showed them my employee purchasing certificate I was treated like royalty. I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in and was able to get my payments at a price I can budget for. The staff was super friendly and I love my new car and all it’s features!
They bait you in with offers of $2k over Bluebook value on trades in but not 0 intention of honoring this offer!
Chanra found me what I wanted in my price range. I drove off the lot in less than 2hrs. Great experience!!
