Steer Clear. Went in with an appointment and cash in hand to buy a used truck. Could not find anyone not on the phone for about five minutes. When I finally met the salesman we could not locate the vehicle. When it was found it was filthy (dirt, old food, bandaids etc.) It had body damage that was due to be repaired but had not been despite the work order being built in to the asking price. I purchased a 2019 RAV4 in February of this year and my husband just purchased a 2019 Tacoma today! WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST ASKING FOR MYRON HEGGOOD! He goes above and beyond for his customers! Was VERY friendly and welcoming with both of these purchases. They could teach their people on the floor basic customer service and how to behave politely when interacting with customers, REGARDLESS of what the customer is there for.
Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone buying anything from this location.
Horrible customer service. My father took his Avalon there to have them check the trunk release. They wouldn’t even look at the problem and told him he would have to drive all the way up to Kings Toyota.
