Absolutely terrible. So much difficulty and ambiguity in the service department and impossible to get needed help. We will never use this particular dealership for service or purchase. We took our vehicle directly from Beechmont to Kings. While I don’t love the geographical location of Kings Toyota, the quality of service and saving of time, money and frustration made it well worth it. I highly recommend Kings Toyota service over Beechmont.
RecommendedBeechmont Toyota was the best dealership I have ever been to. Not only did Brad take his time finding me the perfect car but he was not pushy at all. All other dealerships I’ve been to have tried to shove vehicles down my throat. I did not feel that way at all at Toyota. They answered all my questions even if they were silly or dumb. They took their time finding the car that was right for me. Overall they were super friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience. So happy with my 2019 Toyota RAV4😃
They will do the best they can to help you in a car purchase. They want you to have the safest car that you can afford!
My wife and I were at the dealership today. we looked around on the lot for a new Tundra. No one came out to greet us so we went into the showroom. No one greated us as we opened doors and looked at vehicles. After about 15 minutes, we left and drove over to Kerry Toyota where we purchased a 2019 Toyota Tundra Limited.
They are rude and do not care about their customers
They were amazing to me and my fiancé. They did everything they could to get us in the car we wanted and we will be back to get our next car!

Went to the BMV title office today to get a title transfer on an out of state vehicle. They told me I had to go get an inspection and to go to Toyota. So I did and pull into the service garage. A guy comes and asks what I'm there for and I tell him, he walks away. Quite awhile later a woman walks up to my car and tells me I'm sorry we are too busy to do that for you you need to come back later.
