After planning on dropping off my car for a recall repair I was told it would only take 3 hours so stayed there seeing as I had no way to get home. 5 hours later of waiting there I had to go ask how much longer when they then told me it would be another 4 hours till I could pick it up so I then had to WALK home. Horrible service. Also, way over-estimated other repairs as I know this because two other repair services looked at my car. Will never go here again for any kind of service or to buy any future cars.

Bought two cars here...sales was always nice but service is horrible. Over two hours today to rotate tires not even to change the oil. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else to buy your car because your service experience will be terrible.
