The dealership portion is amazing however to have your vehicle serviced is absolutely a nightmare. Not only is it almost impossible to make a appointment, but when you do make a appointment it takes hours for them to do a oil change and tire rotation. My oil change appointment was scheduled at 11:00AM today and we didn't get our car until 1:45. Be prepared to clear your schedule for the day to have your car serviced.

Bought a new Tacoma took in for first oil change. I called the night before ask if I could bring in with out appointment they said Shure 9:00 I was there as I said. Just wanted a oil change. the service guy said 1 hour, well after 1 and a half hour still not done and never started on my truck, I had taken off work and now wasted. So I ended up taking 2 and 1 half hours to change oil. Never going there again . Kings Toyota here I come .

I love my Toyota RAV4 and had a good experience until after I actually purchased the vehicle. The service since has been terrible on multiple occasions and I won't go back!

Right off the bat Jordan was amazing. I had set up a time to test drive a car I had saw online, the instant I walked in the door I was greeted incredibly politely and was shown the car I was interested in within 5-10 minutes. I couldn't decide on the car I was looking at or a brand new model and Jordan was great, he pulled a new one around for me to look at, then gave me his honest opinion on the pro's and con's of each one and never once was he pushy or tried to steer me in a particular direction. I love my Highlander, but the Beechmont Toyota service department has terrible customer service. Twice over the last two years, I have had scheduled service appointments and at the end of the day been informed - only when I called THEM - that, "Oops, we didn't have the parts". Never did it occur to them to call me and let me know I should reschedule the appointments. I will buy a Toyota again, but it will not be from this dealership.
