They need to hire more staff to cover the service department, and give higher responsibility and authority to the staff that is currently working. Often times simple tasks are passed off to overworked senior technicians. There are a few technicians that are helpful but overall they're too busy to handle their workload. I've tried multiple times to reach out to the manager to give them some feedback, but again they seem too busy to get back to me.
Wonderful sales dept, "Save with Dave" rocks as does the ZERO Percent financing you gave us!! We will recommend you all.

We bought our third car from Beechmont Toyota over the weekend. You can rest assured that if there are any concerns they will be addressed promptly and professionally. We met with the general manager, Ron Behymer to discuss the issue and came to a reasonable compromise. But then Ron did something that you wouldn't typically expect from a GM, he spent nearly 5 hours helping us with our car buying decision. Not pleased with their pushy sales tactics and difficult to work with to make a deal. Stay away!
I feel like I was totally taken advantage of on pricing. if you don't do your research they will take you for everything you have. Very disappointed.
The team at Beechmont Toyota is always friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Love doing business with them!
