I've bought two cars in the past four years at Beechmont. We really felt that they were great for service and recommended that our friends and family shop there too. BUT over the past 2 years they have gone downhill-service is awful, we will give a second thought to ever buying here again.
I love our car, I hate beechmont Toyota's service dept. they are the worst!
Bought a scion xd today. Had a great experience. Our Salesmen Ethan was so nice and had a great sense of humor! Overall wonderful experience.
If you like to speak with Rude operators, and if your looking for no help what so ever and to be just transferred to sales reps. voicemails... this is the place for you! smh!
