Very dismissive and unsympathetic three members of staff at reception desk. Receptionist, manager and one other. Refused 'walk-in' to see a doctor for what I deemed an emergency for potential fracture/sprain. Told to go elsewhere for sick note. Told to go online for repeat prescription for painkillers to alleviate pain from broken and dislocated arm. Online access for me is intermittent and unreliable, which fell on death ears. Been to this doctors surgery since i was young. The doctors are incredibly insensitive. I tried going to a female doctor to see if she would be a bit more sympathetic with my mental health adn stress but she couldn't wait to get me out of that room and that was extremely clear from the start. Do not go here if you are looking for sympathy and mental help because they will do nothing but make you feel worse

My daughter has an established history of ill health and has previously suffered sepsis requiring critical care. She is currently suffering symptoms of infection. The GP who knows her well might prescribe antibiotics today but without him she is vulnerable to receptionists and doctors who have decided that she must wait results. She has an alert on her records.
