I have recently used Nigel and his team at beechdown for the first time to diagnose and replace my timing chain on my jaguar xf. Nigel was always happy to answer all questions and explain the process to me, we're punctual, helpful in picking and dropping my car off and the price they quoted was to price I paid with no hidden extras. I wouldn't hesitate to use Beechdown again and an added bonus they washed my car which was a nice touch as it needed it! Thanks guys, Charlie.
Excellent service from start to finish. Never owned a Jaguar before nor knew much about them. So upon finding a F-Pace I called mid morning on a Saturday knowing it was appointment only, Shirley was very happy for us to go and look at the car. Nigel took us out for a drive and then we swapped for me to test drive. Nigel was brilliant at explaining about the F-Pace and it's controls to me. Nigel and Shirley were very welcoming and offered a very personal customer experience which gave us great confidence in buying from them. ... read more
