If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve just had a telephone conversation with a mechanic and tried to book my car in to be assessed. The gentleman spoke with someone in the background and laughed mentioning “she’s not the brightest woman”. I’m a highly educated medical professional but I have no understanding of mechanics. Great garage, always super reasonable and happy to have a look at my car!
Always very helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble
This garage gave me a bad vibe before looking at my car, and some bad and false advice on what was wrong with my car claiming would cost £2000 to £3000 to fix listing faults that were not there as I took it for a second opinion seeing the diagnostic read myself and the price to fix no where near what this garage quoted.. A garage to avoid, or I will at least at all costs
