If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve just had a telephone conversation with a mechanic and tried to book my car in to be assessed. The gentleman spoke with someone in the background and laughed mentioning “she’s not the brightest woman”. I’m a highly educated medical professional but I have no understanding of mechanics.
