I have been attending this practice since I was a child and I've always had a positive experience. Receptionists, doctors and nurses are very friendly and make you feel at ease. When I fill in the online form, they always call me back quickly and find me an appointment. I never wait long in the waiting room. Overall, I am happy here and recommend it.
Excellent prompt service with the new system of appointments
I've never been to such an excellent GP. The receptionists are competent, kind and cheerful. The doctors are compassionate and actually listen, then do all they can to resolve your problem. Had a smooth blood test with a lovely lady as well. I'm very glad to have such a good local GP surgery.
New online system for appointments is so much better. We needed to get my dad in to be checked and I’d assumed I’d have to call at 8am and take my chances. There is a bit of form filling but it’s worth it and easy now we’ve done it once. Dr Salim was great. Very thorough and listened.
