Ive been with Beech house for 20 years+ and I can honestly say I've never had a problem. Always get an appointment urgently if required and had family sent to mastercall if they are really busy and there are not any appointments available. The doctors, nurses and admin team are friendly and I think the online form system works really well as a patient.
Brilliant surgery, everyone very kind and helpful. I contacted the surgery on Monday morning with rightsided pain seen straight away, referred to surgical assessment ward in stepping hill as the nurse diagnosed correctly an appendicitis and was in a bed on the ward by 6pm that evening. Came home yesterday and because of the quick treatment prevented it perforating. Would highly recommend this surgery.
My wife Louise Kendall saw doctor Malik on Monday 23rd June.the doctor gave her a very good examination and did not rush the consultation. The doctor and reception staff were very all very helpful. Louise
I have been attending this practice since I was a child and I've always had a positive experience. Receptionists, doctors and nurses are very friendly and make you feel at ease. When I fill in the online form, they always call me back quickly and find me an appointment. I never wait long in the waiting room. Overall, I am happy here and recommend it.
