There's a lot wrong with Beech Grove. They seem to pick and choose who they treat fairly and they definitely discriminate against people with disabilities and handicaps. I wouldn't extend my lease here even if they paid me. Trust me and find somewhere else to live.
RecommendedBeech grove apartments have changed in the last six months under the new management everything we have a problem with the maintenance team is right on it. We've had a few issues, but they've always cleared it up. The receptionists, Barb, is very friendly. The maintenance supervisor, Darren's team are right there getting things done..I will Admit under the old management things were a little bad. , but the new ones are a blessing to the complex. Come on out and checkout Beechgrove apartments!

And the lack of sleep sent my fiance to the hospital more than twice. Now, my fiance and I are not the cleanest of people. But they have now given us a 'fix it or get out' notice with FIVE DAYS to fix the issue (the cleanliness of the apartment). great property with a great staff! love all the changes!
They are the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in so far. Not clean, don’t follow through with work orders on a timely manner. Neighbors dogs poop everywhere and don’t pick up after them. Literally in the parking lot. It stinks to go out side and in the halls
Love the improvements they are making!
