Worst management ever.
not allowing someone to break their lease when their partner died in yalls apartments? the audacity. you absolutely need to re-evaluate your policies and the people you hire for service representatives. rude and cold people.

I've never seen such poor property managment in my life. When running a business one should be courteous and attentive to the needs of their tenants instead of how rude and disrespectful they have been. Look for a better apartment complex to rent from; they care more about profit over anything else.
This horrible company is evicting a single mom immediately after her fiancé and father of their new child passes away and during COVID19! Horrible!!! This breaks my heart and clearly this establishment doesn’t have a heart!!!!
What you are doing to a resident there is absolutely heartless Dena is grieving and your actions are absolutely appalling.
Completely horrible. Death of a tenant isn’t enough of a reason to move them to have a heart.
They could improve by acting humanley to people who are having rough circumstances
Death of a spouse is hard enough to endure.. but your apartment complex not having any type of heart toward this situation is PATHETIC. People are human, you all should try a little harder to be decent human beings. With that being said DO NOT come to live here. These small, over priced apartments aren’t worth Sh*t. If I could leave a -5 review I would.
