My brother lives here. He doesn’t have a computer but he has raved about this place since he moved in here several months ago. He was living in the cramped Clark Arms apartments, but now he has a spacious apartment and loves the sliding back door with his comfortable patio space. Friendly and helpful employees are there in case he needs service.

Beech grove apartment complex is a great place to live. Its quiet and friendly. The office and maintenance crew are very helpful and they do well with maintaining the property. They have went above and beyond to make me feel at home and respond to my needs

not very classy or compassionate
after a bunch of friends and family left our honest opinion on how a family was treated after a severe loss, beech Grove appts did decide to make it right. however, they should have done the right thing to begin with and are now harassing the previous tennant about all the bad reviews that were left and are asking her to ask us to remove them. absolutely not!!! be good humans! treat people the way you want to be treated! maybe if other people do decide to live here, you will be more kind to them.
While their frontline is decent, their corporate is AWFUL and lack compassion. This place can go suck eggs!
lived there a couple years ago. BLACK MOLD in mater bathroom. they took out the dry wall around the shower head, then left it open to dry out....for the rest of our lease. BED BUGS IN THE LIGHT SOCKET, BEHIND THE MASTER BED WERE FOUND ON MOVE OUT. the office people were, and continue to be absolutely horrible human beings. never recommend. I say we ask the city of Jeffersonville to level the place and build a youth center.
absolutely horrible. will not work with you if you have to break your lease due to a life circumstance beyond your control. wont give you common decency. I've had multiple friends that lived here and said that management is horrible.
