We rented a property through this agency for two years and had a terrible experience filled with poor service and dishonesty. When we moved in, there were no light bulbs, the extractor fan wasn’t working, one of the rooms had no lighting at all, and the back garden was completely overgrown. The agency told us, “it’s your problem now” and refused to take any responsibility.
