Terrible. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE. Bought a mattress at an apparently discounted price. Received product and was nothing like the description or photo. They use high quality mattress photos and send you what you would expect from a con artist. Wafer thin memory foam and then rest is awful springs. When I sit on it I sit on the floor, to put it into perspective. Then they want to charge you half the value of the mattress to return it. Avoid this company* save your money and go elsewhere, shocking quality of furniture: I ordered 2 bed bases , headboard and mattress. The base was the wrong colour, the headboard fabric had poor finish l! I asked for a refund tried to get me to upgrade!! After several telephone calls and email exchanges I finally got through to explain my concerns, staff have lack of understanding of customer care!! -100 STARS. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE TREATMENT. Where to start. Worst company I have dealt with in my life, absolutely disgusted by the treatment they have given me over the last 6 months. In December 2024 I ordered an ottoman bed which broke 6 times in 6 months, each time they sent a replacement but the bed is clearly unfit for purpose.Each time the bed falls down I am forced to sleep on the floor for anywhere between 2-4 weeks until they can deliver a new bed/parts, so within 6 months I have spent more time sleeping on ... read more
Didn't turn up
Ordered garden furniture a few days before delivery told item was on delay 3 weeks later I contacted them to find the item was no longer available I was offered another set at. Higher price with guaranteed delivery the next week the day before I was told that again product was un available The service was appalling And I feel conned fromm beginning to end
