Ordered garden furniture a few days before delivery told item was on delay 3 weeks later I contacted them to find the item was no longer available I was offered another set at. Higher price with guaranteed delivery the next week the day before I was told that again product was un available The service was appalling And I feel conned fromm beginning to end

I do not recommend this company, stay away from them, we ordered a bed and a mattress, the mattress is of hopeless quality, it is definitely different from the description, the bed never arrived, the delivery date was constantly postponed, difficult contact, I am currently waiting for a solution to the issue with my mattress which is creased after only 2 weeks of use, and for a refund for the bed, I have never encountered such hopeless service or goods. This company sell on eBay as Klein Interiors, but essentially ship everything from beds.co.uk as I had to pay beds.co.uk an extra 'upgrade fee' outside of eBay. They twice sent the wrong mattress. First one should have been a memory foam topped sprung mattress - no memory foam. Replacement should have been a 6" all Memory foam mattress, they sent a 4" Topper. Amazing Beds and amazing customer service by this young lad at the front didn’t really catch his name but I think it was Billy such a lovely individual and soo good at customer service he helped me soo much really appreciate it

What ever you do. Do not buy from this company, I ordered a bed and mattress £275 plus £49 for express delivery, a week later I had a text saying my bed would arrive the next day, on the day of said delivery I had waited all day and not a peep, I called up only to find out the bed I ordered wasn’t in stock, so I requested a full refund, After speaking with 3 so called advisors I finally was told someone would call me back from their escalations team, 2 days later and no call I called them again and eventually got through to ... read more
