I have been waiting for my garden furniture for 5 weeks. They initially told me there would be a 2 week wait, which I didn't mind. I keep emailing for updates and keep getting fobbed off or ignored. I have emailed this morning for a refund, as the weather is lovely and the reason we ordered it is to actually enjoy it and not be waiting weeks for it. Avoid this company at all costs, the customer service is terrible and the fact I haven't received my items says it all.

Avoid at All Costs – Faulty Products and Appalling Customer Service. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company has been so shockingly bad that I feel compelled to warn others. I received a piece of furniture that was fundamentally faulty — the bolt holes didn’t even line up, making it completely unusable. It was clearly a manufacturing defect, not user error.
