A complete waste of my time. No delivery timeslots are given, just a text the night before to say it’s coming tomorrow. I’ve waited around all day and no delivery appeared. I called the office twice (at 5pm and 7pm) to be told it’s still on the way, and that I’ll get a call when the driver is near. Now it’s 8pm and the office has stopped answering. This is incredibly poor communication and to say I’m angry is an understatement. Don’t bother with these guys. Edit: they offered me £40 to take this review down.
Excellent Service from Start to Finish! We ordered two beds and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I placed the order to the final assembly, everything was smooth and professional. The delivery team was efficient, friendly, and made sure everything was perfectly set up before leaving. Nasar was responsive and helpful at every stage. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I highly recommend this company.
Brought a mattress kingsize 2000 pocket spring from these guys last week.Delivery was super quick considering I live in London! The mattress quality is absolutely outstanding. Thank guys!

Delivery service is atrocious. The customer service response is extremely slow or they don't respond at all. They seem polite but don't actually do anything to help a customer. It's exhausting. I second every single point made by the reviewer "Tee A" 7 months ago! Nothing has changed. I am now trying to get a refund which they are making as difficult as possible.
