Extremely impressed with Beds4Us. We received helpful and friendly advice when choosing our bed, headboard and mattress. Matt made the whole experience most enjoyable and it's rare these days to receive such outstanding customer service. All delivered and fitted on schedule, old bed and mattress taken away, and bedroom left neat and tidy. I went into Beds 4 us today, and wow their customer service is excellent. They’re all so lovely and helpful. I had previously been trying to find a mattress that suited me and when I expressed exactly what I wanted they showed me one that suited my needs. As soon as I sat on the mattress I fell in love, which I hadn’t found anywhere else. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you for your service.
Excellent service and great value. Very happy with our new bed base and headboard. Bought one day and delivered and installed the next, brilliant. Will definitely be back when it’s time for a new mattress.
