I had a very frustrating experience with Bedoya Electrical and do not recommend them. After paying nearly £500 for a kitchen LED light repair conducted by Callum, the issue was never properly fixed, and the business owner Alejandro ignored my follow-ups for months. I now have to hire another electrician to resolve the problem. Their lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Avoid them.
I cannot emphasise enough how disappointing my experience with Bedoya Electrical has been. If you're considering their services, look elsewhere. Since their visit in November, I’ve been trying to resolve a faulty LED kitchen light strip issue. Very efficient from booking to completion. Came quickly and on time. Had everything that was needed to complete the job and the electrician was friendly, clean and helpful. Will definitely use again.
