I ordered a dual warmth quilt and took delivery today and I’m really pleased with the quality. The dual quilts are made to order so it took a couple of weeks to arrive and the customer service when I called with a query was great.
I have used this company before without any problem but this time the service has been poor. I ordered goods 27th Dec and received a partial delivery the first week in January. There was no paperwork or email to say the order wouldn't be delivered in full or listing the items which were to follow. I placed an order and received an email saying that the order was being processed. Heard nothing for a couple of weeks, but the money had been deducted from my account. I emailed to query where my order was and was told that they were sorry that I hadn't received the email to say that the items were not available....definitely not received. I have been told my money will be refunded but a month after my order I still haven't received anything.
