Tried calling the executive and plainly denied stating he cannot help. On asking the reason he said they are busy till mid August. I said I am happy to move after August. He asked all the deails and scheduled a video call. Again he denied stating he cannot do it as he doesn't want to do it before scheduling a video call. Not supportive to customers and very rude and unprofessional behaviour
