The shop is great, amazing discounts! But never have I experienced such a complete lack of service. The shop staff were incredibly slow and unhelpful. Despite having two employees, they were more focused on talking to each other than assisting customers. Their presence felt like a complete waste of resources, with no attention given to clients at all.
Very happy with the service I received, the staff were all really friendly and the store has a good selection of high quality bedding which is all displayed in a way that makes you want to buy everything you see! Very happy, very comfy!
Appalling. Honestly, I won't even bother going to Ashford Outlet park again, this one shop has put me off the entire place! Staff are too busy watching something at the counter (movie?), each would answer one question, I'd turned and they'd gone again. They really were NOT interested in selling anything. Shame, we have three rooms that we need to replace bedding on in our B&B. Oh well, off to Blue Water where STAFF care.
