I paid for a rug with delivery, which, according to the website, should be delivered to Poland within 10 days. I was asked to make an additional payment for delivery, even though I had already paid for it once, but I understand that the website only showed an estimated cost. Total scam. Ordered my rug got confirmation of order email. No update on delivery, email ignored. Eventually git an answer to my phone calls to be met with a very suspicious excuse that the rig was the last rug and it was damaged. Refund has also since not been processed. Bank will be dealing with this.
Bought this beautiful rug CES08 Celestial. Absolutely stunning. Vibrant and modern. Love it. It really pops and brings my lounge alive.
THIS COMPANY IS APPAULING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I ordered a rug and the cut of the rug was not straight and was visible as you can see from the photo, I contacted the company and they offered me discount which i was not happy with as I dont want a rug thats not rectangle and not straight - dont think anyone would! I ordered 2 times here. 1st time I miscalculated size but exactly sameone what I wanted. So I ordered 2nd time with enough size. They sent me exact size and quickly(2-3 days). With this product I can receive deposit safely.
