Highly recommend. The service from the guy in store was brilliant, as others have said we didn’t feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. We actually visited twice before ordering the bed we wanted. Unfortunately forgot the gents name in store but he was really helpful & answered all of our questions. We recently bought 2 sofa's from here & we were very impressed with the service. Rick gave us plenty of time to look around on our own & was extremely helpful once we found a suite we liked. The whole process was faultless & our suite was delivered on time as arranged. The 2 delivery guys were great & even rang me in the morning to say our delivery would be late afternoon, so there was no need for us to wait in all morning. Fantastic service from bed store drakehouse Sheffield. Store staff very helpful & polite, felt very comfortable. Delivery brilliant. Only company able to deliver on bank holiday, 2 lovely guys to remove & install. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish with a quick and easy delivery. We customised an ottoman storage bed, headboard and a mattress from here and all are amazing quality. We hadn’t put the bed together correctly, so called for assistance where a representative came out the next day to fix it for us which was hugely appreciated. 10/10 service
