Nalan, Cheri and the staff at the Whakatane Store are so incredible and helpful. The environment at the shop is so lovely. Lovely staff. Great deals. Just a pleasure shopping there. Plus, they're very into donating to their local charities and I'm fully into supporting businesses that support their community.

After filling out the required paperwork for head office and handing that in to them they responded so quickly! Within the same day they'd arranged for us to have not one but two gift vouchers! Wonderful ladies working there, very helpful!
