Exorbitant fees (£75) for private work like writing a simple letter to confirm a patient's condition etc. £35 to £50 would be more reasonable especially when those are just a few lines with general information.

I attended this medical centre with my elderly father. Parked my car in the medical centre car park, entered my number plate in the system and still got a parking ticket. I called reception, receptionist somehow unable to find my father’s details in the system. Another receptionist came on the phone started shouting and then hung up the phone. The worse surgery I have encountered I took blood test for diabetes and when I call to ask them about the results they told me to book an appointment in 2 weeks Meanwhile I felt so bad I went to emergency When I have my appointment over the phone with Dr. Lee he told me I have probleme and the gone call back because i need a refererrl hang on the phone. We had an appointment with Dr. Lee regarding a serious issue related to mental health. It had already been a struggle to secure mental health support, and when we finally saw him, his response was incredibly disheartening. Extremely Poor Treatment at the Surgery I had an appointment today at 3:20 PM. I was just 10 minutes late, yet the receptionist and manager refused to see me, with zero understanding or compassion. I explained I’m in severe pain, but they clearly didn’t care and spoke with attitude. I asked for another appointment, but they told me to call back on Monday at 8 AM and wait in the queue — knowing it’s Friday and I’ll be left in pain all weekend. That’s unacceptable.
