Sam was so warm, friendly and welcoming which really put me at ease. Sam clearly loves what she does and the treatment was lovely, tailor made to my needs. It was a wonderful treatment that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed at the same time. Thank you.

Iv been going to become calm reflexology for a while now . At first I was sceptical but after the first session I thought we'll it was very relaxing if nothing else. But really sam has helped so much With my ageing aches and pains. She is very knowledgeable. And has some great ideas on life improvements. Totally recommend "become calm" And sam Go with an open mind and give it a try.
